Essoll Sells the Acai Berry Boom product, Name company is ESSOLL, LLC Internet

Ah yes, the Acai Berry scam. My husband (new to the internet never use your check card, use credit card) purchased the FREE trial with $3.95 shipping etc....Nothing stated the "MEMBERSHIP". 3 months of charges before I realized it and asked him about the charges etc....We received products but didn't know where they were coming from because we never ordered it.

Anyway, Called th company number on the product, 45 minutes on hold etc...I informed him that no "Membership" was purchased and he wouuld just come back with that it included a "Membership" which had to be cancelled in 14 days, and so on. After 15 minutes of this I got a little bit angry....Submitted all the info to my bank, it was on our "check card". Cancelled the card etc...Still waiting.

In the mean time this is the info I have obtained. There are several websites that take you to "purenaturalacai.com" to get the free sample. The following website registration comes from "whois"

The phone number (800-314-7616) is the same one on the contact page of "purenatrualacai.com"

Called the number and there is a recording that answers "Essoll, LLC" but you get nowhere at this number. No one ever answers.

Purenaturalacai has information that they state comes from CNN, ABC, NBC, Oprah etc... I went to each of the associated companies web sites (not links did my own search) and emailed the companies about this website and their scam. I informed them that I thought this information on Purenaturalacai websites made it seem like it was promoted by them.
