On Jun 16th, 2018 I received a letter in the mail from this company. They state that they are collecting a dead for a recently deceased person.
In the letter they extend their deepest sympathies for your loss. A loved one has passed on they own back debt. Well in this letter the estate of the deceased will pay off the debt as they so put it.
I AM THE DECEASED person they mentioned and in the header they put my name as the Estate owner and I've passed away.
As far as I know I have a heart beat of 90mpn from getting this stupid rip off letter, and an oxygen of 98%. I'm slapped myself in the face, dripped cold water, ate some spinach, and am writing this report physically from a laptop (not from the other side).
This company is a FRAUD and a SCAM. I left a message and have not got a call back. I suggest anyone who has got this letter to call them back and threaten legal action against them. DO NOT fall for this. Debt collectors go as low as false legal action as well.
