Estate of Golden Pillars LLC Russell Strmic Takes Your refundable $500 deposit & ignores you mcHenry, Illinois

After agreeing to use this companies services I gave a refundable deposit to a man named Russell Strmic with The Estate of golden pillars. He said that his company worked to find individual investors for real estate investment ventures. I have all paperwork showing he would fund the deal .In order to initiate the process, Russell stated that I had to make a $500.00 deposit to make sure I was serious. He didn't want to get kicked out of the deal. He then said that the $500.00 would be credited back to me at closing. After sending him the money, he almost disapeared.

Days later he called me to tell me he could not get me a hard money lender and that I'd have to look for something else. I was upset but he said he would get back to me within 24 hrs since I had a new deal that was qualified. He then proceeded to ignore all calls & e-mails for 5 days..(lost the deal immediatly) This was going to be my first deal I am a struggling contractor & now have problems paying bills. At this time I requested he send my deposit back. He still has ignored my e-mails.

It has been over a week now. And after many ignored emails, I've realized I've been scammed. Do not do business with this man or this company as they are rip-off artists. Their website is to make them appear legitimate, but they are not. The # on his customer service website goes right to his cell phone. I also realize he has no fax line. I am a good person & just want a refund. Also on his website he says time is important will get back to you in 24hrs. JOKE I will be going to Attorney Generals office & FBI advice of BBB
