To whom it may concern:
Because of the slanderous lies, threats and unscrupulous actions, posted on this site, that are all without merit, we have taken the proper legal action to deal with and identify the person or persons responsible for these deeds. These criminal acts are felonies and punishable by both fines and imprisonment.
I will follow through with prosecution, to the best of my ability, not only to protect my name, but also to protect my business, ESTATE SHUTTERS INC., both victims of these unfounded postings and outright lies. Anyone with information on these acts, slanderous remarks or promotion of these acts is urged to contact the Phoenix Police Department at (602) 262-6151. The IP addresses of these postings, will be subpoenaed and the physical address will be obtained, none of which would have been possible, except for the fact that someone made physical threats and had impersonated a police officer, for that I am thankful. Estate Shutters - The truth will set you free. - Ken Montoya and Kristen Wolfe are involved again
AUTHOR: R - (U.S.A.)

You can post anything you want about the Estate Shutters as long as it is true or your opinion. We do have freedom of speech. Estate Shutters is now ripping people off and is seem that Ken Montoya and Kristen Wolfe are involved again. They have ripped my family off $5,000 and are now involved with Estate Shutters. Ken and Kristen used to own Discount Blind and Shade Factory. They ripped off over 700 people when they bought shutters from them at Discount Blind and Shade Factory. It now seems that they found away to defraud new people with out having the Registrar of Contractors involved. It seems since they do not install the shutters now they do not need a license to keep them legal. You need to pay with credit card because you can get your money back. Do not give these people a check or cash because they can take that and run. Do not fall for the fraud if you give us a check and you will not have to pay tax. Run because you will not see the money again if they do not decide to fulfill the request.
