ESTATE TRUST ASSET RECOVERY Notified my daughter that $125 is currently available in her name. Gainesville Florida

Daughter received letter informing her that $125 was currently available in her name from Verizon Florida, Inc. with a reported address we have not lived at in over 4 years.

To receive the refund she was to FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW:

        1. SIGN and DATE the enclosed agreement

        2. MAKE A COPY OF HER ID (current Drivers License or State ID Card)

        3. Mail two requirements in enclosed postage paid security envelope:

               Signed Agreement

               Copy of her ID

  Advised "Please do not send any money".  A processing fee of $24 is sent to our agency by the escrow

  department after they send you your refund check for $101.00.

My first clue that this was a fraud was the stationery and mailing envelope was definitely a copy made from

perhaps an original.  Secondly, NEVER would I send ANY personal identification to ANYONE, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE.

The last request wanted her to agree to "grant and designate to CLAIMANT'S REPRESENTATIVE, limited power

of attorney to act on her behalf.......showing from the $125 available --- 19.2% would be paid compensation to 

Claimant's Representative  -----  $24 to be paid to Claimant's Representative --- leaving $101 to Claimant.

  I have turned my copy over to the State of Florida Fraud Division for investigation.....

  DO NOT FALL PREY TO THESE PEOPLE....YOU WILL ONLY LOOSE YOUR MONEY
