Fly-by-night thugs!!! Hired them for a chimney cleaning in October 2016. They sent an unqualified technician to my house who cause $18,000. worth of damage. They refused to be responsible so I took them to small claims court and won!
They appealed it and made me hire a lawyer (bill to date $2,100. and growing). This has been in the court system for over a year. I have to pursue it so I can pay the cleaning service and dry cleaner for all of the damage they caused.
They claim to be CSIA certified but they are not and have been warned several times by CSIA to stop using their logo.
Save yourself the heartache and hire someone else.
