this company reels you in for a 2.97 fee and promise to give you information on how to open a home based bussiness.  this is a scam because while you are trying to check into there info they send you by email it takes 2 to 3 days for them to send info, while that is going on you have just been charged 99.95  and then a 39.95 monthly fee.  they advertise they are open there from 9am to 9pm  7 days a week. I did this on friday and by monday I as out 103.00 dollars that was supposed to be only 2.97 for all the info. After calling monday, tuesday, and wednesday I finnaly got through to talk to a rep and wanted my money back and they said no because they are not in the bussiness for refunds. It has been 1 month now and I am doing the lords work in stopping there practice as I am not in the bussiness for loans.

More the same and additional phone numbers

AUTHOR: Duane - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 21, 2011

I actually attempted to cancel the original transaction once I realized what happened, and I was unable to do so.  I watched my credit card on the web for a couple days, and when nothing happened I figured I caught it in time (I know, very silly of me).  Well...I hadn't...and the first charge of $2.97 slipped by without me noticing it (that's what I get for rushing through bills!).  This month, however, it caught my eye...$69.95.

I have notified my credit card company (Fraud Alert program) and will attempt to follow through with the company.  So far, however, I have had no luck obtaining any cooperation.

Additionally, I have found a few additional phone numbers than the original one listed in the complaint: 800-298-0212; 800-298-0532; 800-299-1749.

I will post any additional update(s) as I succeed or fail at obtaining a refund and cancelation.
