I purchased their 800 number service Apr 2015. I disconnected my serivce in Apr 2016. I have $13.32 left in my account. According to their policy, anything below $25 in your account will not be refunded even if you disconnect their service

I input another $25 in July 2016 and bring the balance to $39.32

They still refuse to refund me the $13.32 and explains by their policy

i do not know how many of your out there are leaving a bit money there for them and too little that won't bother to fight

I called them today, Mr.Robert Wilson called me numbskull, ridiculous, selfish and he cliam that $13.32 is his moeny and he states I am robbing them

I mentioned i will start a lawsuit, He said: for $13? are you serious? you got nothing to do and start a lawsuit for $13? 

correct, no one will start a lawsuit for $13. But how many of us are there giving him free money, from a few cents to up to $24.99?

It's time to united and file a class action lawsuit to get our money back. He should go to Jail for his dishonest and illegal business practice. I cannot believe BBB would give such a company A+ rating with ripoff reports/consumer complaints all over the internet.

Solution: call your credit card. If you have a good credit card company they will refund you the money and then they will deal with this business

Filed complaint with General Attoney's office both in TX and in CA (I am from CA)
