My card was used fraudulently. I called inmmediately as I saw it on my charges. The account is in someone elses name. Even though the account is in someon elses name this company refused to close the account and remove the fraudulent chatge. This company must be desparate for money. Customer service had long hold. Also the rep claimed she didnt know what to do to help me. Had to call my credit card company. Terrible customer service and online fraud.
