Etourand travel sales they promised a vacation in florida and never went through with it, but charge me $99.00 and wont cancel it. They said after I called that you had to do the cancellation within in fifiteen days which I contacted them within those fifteen days. orlando florida

They charge my credit card $99.00 and said they would send all the travel information in the mail, but i never got it. I also emailed them and they said I had to call them, so I did. They told me that the time had run out to cancel this package, but i contacted they by email within the fifteen days that they said I had to. They told me that there manager would call me back, thet never did. I keep on trying to call them, but they won't answer my phone calls. I want to get this issue solved soon.
