 This was a vacation Package, 4 Day 3 Nights, at a discount. With a tour of one of Festiva Properties, and you must Attend a meeting for approx 1.5 hours. After the tour you are given a gift for attending. I made the scheduled appointment, but was told I would not receive the gift because I had cancelled an owners update before, My thing is I should have been notified about this change before I departed for Charleston and also reimbursed for the charge on my credit card, I made dozens of phone call to ETourandTravel, but no one is willing to solve my problem. Any help is much Appreciated.
