etourandtravel took money from my account without permission. continue harassing phone calls all hours of day and night even after being told i have no interest, and my phone is for work and emergencies only!! Orlando, Florida

This company took a 99.00 fee from my account without my permission. Claim they sent some package, and e-mail confirmation, which I never received.

Keep calling my cell phone from 407-515-2400 saying I owe more money. They call all hours of the day and night, refusing to take no for an answer. Also ignoring the fact that I am not interested. Have gotten verbally nasty on the phone with me, refusing to refund money they took from my account. Can't return package for refund in time allowed, as I have never received package!

Would like phone calls to stop, as they have become harassing, and I am not interested in the vacation/travel/scam they are offering.
