ETS Praxis Ripoff Internet

ETS Praxis rips off test takers. The exam that I needed was 150.00 for a combined Praxis core test. I paid the fee and I did read the policy stating that if I needed to change the date I would be charged $40.00. I realize that I agreed to the policy but, I remembered only 3 hours later after scheduling, I had a trip scheduled with my son on that date. I called customer sevice to explain that it was an accident and not like I waited even 24 hours to realize my mistake! They would not budge on the $40.00 fee! So for my forty dollars I get to go online and reschedule my test and that's all I get!! What a rip-off and a crappy way to treat people. It would be so simple to allow the cusotmer to change their date for FREE!! This is one time that I truly don't understand the reasoning for a policy. The only thing I can think of is they are very greedy.
