I was ripped of by this man & his fake company too! I suspected his claim was fishy and he made a withdrawal on my account without me signing a contract. Something he was not supposed to do.

So I put in a dispute with my credit card company. A few days later a woman calls me Karee Clark claiming the property was already sold and it will take a while for them to process the paper to withdraw my property. Then she started saying i will mess up the sale for others cause it was a bundle sale to a big corporation. So i withdrew my petition but alas a month went by and nothing. I called back and was told they are waiting on some other paper work to go through. 3 months later. No call, no way to contact exclusive resorts and i am out $1350!

I intend to pursue this legally. I've started with my credit card company. if they cant resolve this. I'll be getting the law after this fraud.
