Seeing this on the internet i feel compelled to take up for my friend and colleague Eugene Podesta... Just joking. I had the misfortune to litigate a few cases against one of Gene's clients. In truth, the above complaint is unfortunately accurate. Gene, what goes around comes around. In a nutshell, Eugene Podesta has a single skill or plan, which is to avoid true litigation itself. What i mean is Gene's strategy is to use legal process as a weapon to prevent the actual adjudication of the plaintiff's claims. His policy is the same as many larger defense firms, file anything and everything to keep the case away from the merits of the case. I'm sure some would say then that makes Podesta a good lawyer. I guess Im old school. Lawyers should roll their sleeves up and together professionally discover the truth through proper use of legal procedure, and not to use legal procedure as a weapon. Last of all Gene, you don't have to always act like an a*s to everyone. True professionals conduct their profession with class, honesty, dignity and respect. We should expect nothing less from you.

So glad truth about Eugene Podesta (Gene Podesta) is finally coming out.  THis guy represents doctors and hospitals against patients that were horribly injured by thier mailpractice.  For example, a friend named Elizabeth lost her husband from a aneurism not diagnosed or treated by the the doctors.  Elizabeth filed a malpractice complaint against a doctor Herren and Methodist hospital.  Mr. Podesta used countless procedural techniques to get the case dismissed, thwarting any chance the truth would be adjudicated.  Gene Podesta lied to her and her lawyers obtaining agreements that he then proceeded to violate, filing motion after motion to get a dismissal for her failing to do things he had lured her into not doing.  Eugene Podesta is a true lowlife.  While Im sure his follow attorneys would think his tactics were clever, they are unethical, dishonest and disguisting.  The fact that a doctor can literally kill a person and get off scott free is a result of dispicable people like Mr. Podesta who doesnt give a *&(# about people or human life, but is willing to represent anyone who will pay his high legal fees.
