Signed up for "free" order of skin cream with charge $4.95. Did NOT agree to any further shipments or charges. More coming with additional shipping charges and charge of 92.99 each. I have attempted to call them, and they each time say they have no record of me, although obviously continuing to charge my account. I get no where with them, as they will not acknowledge any record of me by various information that I give them .
Company lure was under name "Euphoria", and was online as an opportunity to try expensive skin cream that was being offered because of stock from a Macy's department store that was closing.
I have reported to my credit card.

I was also sucked into this Skin care trial. Euphoria kept shipping me the beauty cream and billing $92.99 to my capital one card. I made several calls to customer service for Euphoria and each time the representatives denied my request to return the product. The agents told me they never have a supervisor available and that they don't do any type of refunds or returns. So if i am rebilled for another shipment , I'm stuck with it.
They don't care about better business bureau or the credit card company getting involved. When it gets to hot to handle the will just change their name. I was told by my son that the best medicine for these scam companies is to immediately cancel your credit card. and REPORT THIS TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND NOTIFY THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION.
