Euro International Lotto ripoff Halifax Nova Scotia

I received a letter from Euro International Lotto explaining that I had been selected from 8,000,000 names from a third category to win 65,000.00 dollars as part of the North American Sweepstakes.

"A tax and clearance fee of 1,965.50 has been finaced with the enclosed check, kindly deposit or cash the check to pay for your tax and clearance fee." It then goes on to say that if I call my agent (which is listed at the bottom of the certificate)they will elaborate more.
It also says that this is a speacial notice, and this award program has come to the public notice and in order to avoid unauthorized organizations, individuals contacting you, please ensure that this winning is kept confidential. Then it asks me to contact Henry Parks or Melissa Randle of Scotia Financial Company with the address that is listed above. Tel: 1-416-833-1349.
The addresses that are listed on the check are Omdusa, Inc 11 Madison Avenue, New York NY, 10010 1-800-963-1074 1-613-255-0660. Supposedly financed by Chase Manhattan Bank USA, N.A. 1201 Market Street
