Europe Ledger LTD, UK Donald Collins, Michael Gordon issued fake MT 799 LONDON

We were approached by Donald Collins from the UK claiming they provide SBLC/ BG . They indicatedthat they can provide SBLC/BG for any values and accordingly we requested an SBLC for 25 Mn. Europe Ledger ltd, sent us an agreement  whcich was duly completed and sent to them. within a few hours, Europe ledger sent us an Invoice for pounds 15,000 being swift charges on 14th Oct, 2014 

Accordingly we transferred 15000.00 to his barclays Bank.

Thereafter it was only execuses of various nature and after about 45 days he sent us a copy of the MT 799 transmission copy, which was appartently sent to our client"s Dubai Bank Account. Even after 3 weeks , it was not recieved at the Dubai Bank.

Thereafter Europe Ledger informed us that there is some errors from the receiving bank communications, hence to provide an alternative Bank.

Then we provided an alternate bank coordinates in Portugal. Within 2 days he sent us another copy of a purported MT 799 dated 10th March, 2015

This to was not recieved by the receiving bank in Portugal even after 1 month.

We have had numerous phone conversations, eamails but all these were only lame execuses which we find it difficult to believe.

We have sort a refund along with penalty as mentioed in the Agreement, but now its almost 2 years, and they do not lift the phone, nor reply to the emails.

We have found that the copy of the purported MT 799 was fake and it was a fabricated copy.
