You did not help us in any way.  We were more than willing to pay difference in ticket price but you refused.  You did not contact the airline, you did not refund us, you did absolutely nothing other than go on website and say you did everything you could. 

Consumers should hear more stories from others on how you also ripped them off.  Just search European Destination or Solar Tours nightmare stories and see for yourself. 

Sending people to hotels that don't exist, telling people that a hotel is within the city when it is an hour outside it.  Your company is a disgrace and should be shut down.

Everything you say is a lie.  Just stop.  You make your company look even more pathetic than it already is!  I feel sorry for anyone that uses Solar Tours/European Destinations.  Beware consumer... you will be doomed!

In this case a refund is not possible due to late arrival and no show from the clients. We assisted them with new flights but tickets were more expensive. Clients did not purchase travel insurance that would protect them on these non refundable tickets due to her daughters illness.

We wish we could have done more but, unfortunately, the airline's contract stated it is a non refundable ticket.
