Solar Tours aka Europen Destinations booked a trip for myself and two daughter to Europe this summer and when we arrived at the hotel in Paris we were told our room had been sold to another person. The hotel issued a full refund for the nights stay and put us up in a different hotel but Solar Tours aka European Destinations is refusing to refund my money eventhough they've been issued the money by the hotel in Paris. Solar Tours isn't returning my calls and or multiple emails about the refund. Don't use Solar Tours aka European Destinations.
Once the trip was over I started to price out all the items and realized I was sometimes tripled charged by Solar Tours, especially on the transportation portion of the trip. Beware of this company!!

We have just seen your post and we would like to confirm that the refund due to overbooking situation was processed back in October, 2013.
In regards to the pricing of transportation. We always try to give our clients the best possible price at the time it is booked. Remember that these prices are based on the day you price. Airline costs fluctuate fairly often and we always try and contract the lowest fares to give dynamic pricing. If you feel it was a transfer to and from your accommodation then this may have been because we offer a CAR SERVICE not a taxi cab. This service is usually a more knowledgeable driver with a nicer vehicle and personalized service upon arrival.
