European Masters Ny Deceive, damage your credit, false advertisement great neck New York

BE AWARE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INSTITUTION I came across European Masters in great neck Ny when i was searching for an E class 63 AMG. I called them for some information and they put me on the phone with Darryl. Asked for some further information, condition and availability and they said the car was in great condition, was available . I immediately placed a deposit and asked to hold the car for me as i am based in Los Angles, CA and had to take a flight to see the car. The following morning i have submitted a finance request and they called me back saying i was approved with an OK APR and they they will send me over night the documents to sign. In the meantime i went ahead and booked the flight and hotel tickets.

Called the following morning since the documents haven't arrived, but nothing..no one is answering as if they were avoiding me. Called the manager Norman and he said the car was at the body shop getting fixed (already a problem). Called the front desk and they said the car is available for sale (another problem), managed to call Darryl from a different number and he answered miraculously admitting the car has been sold to someone else..
So much lies, deception, miscommunication between the staff.
Why do European Masters NY deceive people and take their deposits, run their credits, make you book tickets and fly 3000 miles for nothing...
I am reporting them to the state attorney general for fraud, false advertising, running hard inquiries taking deposits for no reason
