I couldn't find the appropriate category for this ripoff report. Anyway, this online company, European Outlet.com states that they sell high end merchandise at too good of a price to say no to. Since it was not a lot of money should I lose it forever, I decided to try it and ordered a would-be-very-expensive wallet. It was guaranteed authentic. Package came quickly, in a very timely manner. Everything looked good, except for the box..but I figured since it was from an online retailer then it could just be their own particular boxes they use. The wallet looked okay, but when I went to have it authenticated by the actual retailer inside the store, the lady told me it was a very well-made fake. So I sent it back making sure I had the tracking number and everything was boxed up and packed the way it arrived. So we will see if they actually give me a full refund....  DON'T BUY HERE. FAKE MERCHANDISE!

Also, after you order from them you will notice your funds are taken from a company based in New York called CCNow.com. The "family" who seemingly owns European Outlet.com is based in Iceland...smh. The customer service rep's name is "Bella."

Thank you for your response. We buy our merchandise directly from outlet stores in Italy, have full invoices from them and have reseller rights to sell the products. However, we want all customers to feel happy with the products. If anyone is ever unhappy with a product - that is our policy. We always refund. We would like to return the product to the authorized outlets where we purchased it for inspection. I would really like to know who you are  - because we cannot find your order ID or tracking. We just cannot find it. But, you say you received a refund? Furthermore, we are not located in NV, so you could not have spoken to a rep there. So, we will assume you are a competitor, unless you can prove that you bought from us.

It's quite arrogant of you to blindly assume I'm not a customer and think I'm a competitor. Truly arrogant. In fact, I AM a simple customer who was sold a fake product. Pure and simple. Too proud of yourselves to admit you have fake products. A dead giveaway was when I received the product, I noticed your PRADA boxing is different than authentic PRADA boxing. Also, there is unnecessary embossing on one of the sides of the inside of the wallet that is not supposed to be there. The number one dead giveaway to me was that the wallet smelled awful of chemicals! Not to mention that it was also the wrong item to begin with. I wanted all leather and the one sent to me was nylon. I was disappointed. It was strictly a lesson learned for me not to purchase from you again. And although I did get a full refund, and the customer rep was nice to me, it doesn't negate the fact you are selling fake merchandise. I had already followed up weeks ago for the refund and gave the customer rep my tracking number/order number/etc, and she was in NEVADA... not even in NY or Italy for that matter? I still have her name and she was very helpful.

It doesn't hold any merit that you simply state your "guarantee" on your website that everything is authentic because even on eBay, and other fraudulent sites, ANY seller can easily do the very same thing. You're not fooling this customer again, sorry. I still have all of my original information and I also physically went in to the PRADA store and asked the manager to authenticate the wallet for me. After much careful scrutinization they confirmed my suspicion, letting me know it was indeed a "well-made fake." One last and very obvious dead giveaway that it was a fake (which I missed, but the store manager noticed), was that it had a completely PLASTIC zipper! It's supposed to have a leather strip that opens and closes the metal zipper, not entirely plastic, which this one was. I looked all of the REAL Prada merchandise in their store and not a single item had even the tiniest piece of plastic on it.

I can only assume you have been in business for 8 years because you have successfully fooled many people into believing they have real merchandise. I don't know your "old" and "new" owners, but that's irrelevant to my situation. I'm just glad I got my money back so I can put it towards a real Prada wallet in the future.

This sounds like a malicious report from our competitors. If you really did purchase an item from us, please send us the order number and tracking. We will send you a tracking label and refund your purchase in full.

European Outlet imports all of their merchandise directly from Italian retailers and outlet stores. We have all of the invoicing to prove that the merchandise we sell is indeed authentic. Our website was recently re purchased and has new owners in Italy. If you have any concerns on present or passed sales, you may always contact us and we will refund your money in full.  We have a wonderful reputation with thousands of happy clients and the this site has been in business for 8 years. We strive very hard to make every single customer happy, and we are so sorry that you had a bad experience with us. We buy directly from the brands themselves in large quantities, over stocked merchandise, past season, and store closures and pass on the savings to our customers.
