I ordered the sample of EuroSlim for $3.99 and though surprised they charged me the 98.00 for auto-ship before I received my sample, the terms and conditions did say within 14 days I would be charged. That is not the problem.

My problem is the website lists these ingredients:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 25 mg 25% of Daily Value
Vitamin B2 .5 mg 25% of Daily Value
Chitosan (86%) 1000 mg
Other ingredients: Di-calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate, stericacid, microcrystailine, cellulose and quecetin for natural yellow color
Gymnema Sylvestre (power) 200 mg
Garcinia Cambogia (50% HCA) 50 mg
Caffiene 100 mg

I looked all of them up and I was really excited about the possibilities this product offered. Then I received my sample bottle.

These are the ingredients listed on it:
Garcinia Cambogia 200 mg
Caffeine Anhydrous 100 mg
Citrus Aurantiuium 75 mg
White willow bark 50 mg
Panthothenic acid (B-5) 25 mg
ginger root powder 25 mg
L-Tyrosine 12.5 mg
L-Carnitine 12.5 mg
This is not the same product. In my book this is fraud. I have emailed the company (6/12/06), but have not received a reply. I tried to call but got voice mail. I will try calling several times today. I am also calling my credit card people.

How to dispute this charge

AUTHOR: Holly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, June 13, 2006

Merrill,

Make sure you dispute this charge to your credit card company for "not as described". Do not claim fraud, the company will most likely represent the claim to your credit card company and present them with your mailing address, email address, home phone, etc., which was all used to place the order.

In case you're wondering, this company is a complete scam. They sell many products which have all been listed on this site as a rip off. Do a search on LeanLife PM, BurnFat2, LeanLookRx, Hoodia66, Cheat and Eat Diet, BCC Labs, Hoodia for Free, White Overnite, JavaTrimDiet, Skyfission, NovaPointe, the list goes on and on.

One common thing is the address. It always comes back to the 2060 E Francis Street in Ontario CA. The owners, Joey and Johnny Gioeli (which by the way are not their real names), have dozens of scams and are always thinking of a new one. My guess is you went to www.euroslimdiet.com. Is this right? If you try loacting this company on the state of California's website, there's no listing. Why? Because it's listed under Beauty Health LLC. Supposedly it's their sister's company and not theirs. Yeah right!
After their bank closed them under the name of LeanLookRX, they changed the name of the business, got a new tax id number, a new website, and listed it under their sister, or whoever Dina is. Look up these websites and see if anything catches your eye:

www.cheatandeatdiet.com
www.euroslimdiet.com
www.leanlookrx.com

Notice any similarities???
