Actions Speak Louder than Words

I came across your report and find it confusing. As with most of the
posts on here, it is mostly "he said we said" there is no grounds in
which readers can understand fully the claims being made and to
determine who is at fault (either entirely or partially). Of course,
we always tend to give right to the consumers but we must know if the
claims are accurate. As well what were the steps before, during and
after the claims from both parties. Was compensation offered? I would
appreciate if you can post the "terms and conditions" as well as a copy
of the contract so the readers can see first hand what was and was not
included in the services
Thanks

Who's suing who?

We are of course suing them for several reasons: fraud, contract falsification, extorsion, robbery and threats.
I guess your lawsuit against them isn't going so well? Or could it be you never filed a lawsuit against them?

This site has no function for deleting a post. The terms and conditions are pretty clear about that.

Facing a lawsuit for defamation, we sadly have to delete our report on this company.
