evaluation solution brokers pricing opinion (bpos) Internet, Florida

I had fond some BPOs for evaluation solutions and never received a payment. I am owed about $550.00. I tried calling but either I get no answers (voicemail) or when they call for anassignment I answer but decline and give reasons ad to why. I was told an email was sent to the accounting department and within 24-48 hrs I should receive a phone call. I also asked to speak with a supervisor or have her direct number. I was being transfered and conviently disconnected. This happened on several occasions. I actually was placed on hold for over 10 mins but they again disconnected my call and would not pick the phone up when I called back. I emailed and threatened to sue and I also wrote to Florida's attorney general and better business bureau. I just want what's rightly due.
