Evaluation Solutions evalonline.com BPO Providers Beware-BPO's for Nothing!!! Jacksonville, Florida

I have not been paid by this company/fraud for work performed over 2 months ago! The agreement when signing up with them indicated they paid in 7-14 days after completion of the BPO. Further, there's lots of internal funny business with their website whereby orders in the process of being worked on disappear without warning or explanation.

 I started out with 4 orders and 2 went away without explanation or payment after the work was completed and without regard for the expenses incurred to drive out the properties! Of course, all were rush orders and HAD to be done by 5 that day!!! 

I have had no recent success in trying to reach the agent with whom I worked in doing the orders or anyone else with the company for that matter for over a month. I did have one conversation with her early on and she said the company's policy is to pay after 45-60 days!!! I would not have even agreed to do any work had I known that to be the case. Who works now for pay 2 months down the road!

The long and short of this situation is that R/E agents should be aware of the facts when dealing with this company. There are other good operators out there that do pay and provide sustenance in this difficult market. This one is a sheer and utter fraud. Perhaps we can band together as one voice and find an attorney who will go after them on a class action basis.

My feeling now is to hurt them where they have hurt the unsuspecting BPO provider! Particularly after seeing all of the hits on this website outlining the same type of fraud over an extended time period.
