If you are doing any work for Eval, you may have noticed that they have hired a lot of new processors. I know this, because I have received emails and gotten phone calls from processors I do not recognize. I know for a fact that they now have Chase as a regular client and sometimes get a "drop" of thousands of orders from them at a time. I wonder if Chase realizes, or cares, that they are doing business with a company that is not reputable? Eval is paying these new processors (because they don't work for free like we do) with the money they are receiving from clients like Chase because WE (the brokers and agents doing the bpo's) are working for FREE......EVAL owes our company almost $10,000 (yes, that is ten thousand dollars).
I will update this site and let everyone know when or if I recieve the money they owe us.

I wanted to update the report on evaluation solutions. I have now received approximately 2/3 of the money owed to me. Although payment was very slow, and I did have to complain a lot, it does appear I will get paid. I have been paid for all of the work I have completed for them except for what was done in the last month. I will continue to work with this company as long as payment continues to be forthcoming.
I would like to say that many of the processors I deal with at this company are very easy to work with and very helpful as well. I know it is not their fault that payment is slow in coming. The processors are just trying to make a living and keep a job, in a very bad economy.

Your observations are correct. If Eval doesn't need you, you'll not be paid. Your next observation concerning Chase is heading down the right track. Chase is screwing everyone in their path, and doesn't care who gets in their way! They want to blame all the little people they pushed for loans to sell to Fannie and Freddie. Chase accepted billions in so-called bail out funds to renegotiate delinquent loans, interest free. Chase then placed the money into interest bearing T-Bills and never helped anyone! When they were finally caught they started this "push" to re-evaluate values, trying to crush anyone in the pipe-line who touched the loan at their explicit instructions! Eval is just another partner in crime! Keep posting!
