Evaluation Solutions NEVER PAID ON A BPO AFTER OVER A YEAR AND TWO MONTHS AND NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS Jacksonville, Florida

Our real estate company signed up to do Broker Price Opinions (BPO's) with several different companies, Evaluation Solutions being one of them. They called us and needed a rush order done, offering us less than the normal fee, (they agreed to pay us $45.00) to go out to a property take pictures and complete a market analysis and broker price opinion on it, which we accomodated them with and submitted the order far within the 24 hours. We recieved confirmation they had recieved it and had approved it. After 60 days, we had still not received payment, and then they started calling us asking to do more BPO's for them.

We said to each representative that we had not been paid and did not feel comfortable doing another BPO until that happened. Each time we were promised that "they would let upper management know".  After 120 days, and more calls from them asking us to do more work and getting the same response, we emailed them several times, called them several times, left messages and never recieved a call or email back. We sent our complaint letter to them again, and finally the calls to do more work stopped. Then 6 months later they started calling again asking us to do some "rush orders" for them, and we still had not been paid and refused to do so.

It has been over a year, and we found MANY similar complaints online in blogs, etc. about this company. Apparently this is thier normal way of how they do business. Other companies we have worked with have paid as agreed, with this outfit being the exception. I just don't want to see any more Real Estate agents get hurt by Evaluation Solutions, some have claimed that the company owes them hundreds or thousands of dollars..... So sad.
