EVAN LAWRENCE LORY has NOT paid any child support since November 10, 2005!!

But this is NOT the first time he has skipped out on his obligation paying his support for a child he helped bring into this world.....

Can YOU help me bring this sperm donor to justice??

His current PAST DUE child support is in EXCESS of $10,000.oo

It has been brought to my attention that this guy has a TRUST ACCOUNT in Arizona Bank and Trust. However, I cannot verify this information since I don't have an account number.

I have brought Mr. Lory to court SEVERAL times over the past 10 years or so. (Justin Kyle Lory is now 16) Mr. Lory has only paid child support when he was FORCED to just about. He has had warrants for his arrest for non-payment of support.

The Division of Child Support Enforcement has been notified of all the information given above. I am doing everything I can to help them find him. I want to put a lien on this alleged trust account.

According to the information I have received, it IS possible to do this, but HOW??? ALSO- I was told that his income tax could be applied towards back due support. That is all well and good ONLY IF the Dead Beat would file his taxes like the rest of us!!

SO, let me ask you this question -- WHO should pay for the support of his child? YOU, the taxpayer (in the form of welfare and public assistance) or HIM the person responsible for helping bring Justin into this world???

IF Mr. Lory is brought to justice and past due support is paid, I GUARANTEE a CA$H REWARD to the FIRST person who finds him. I cannot, however guarantee the amount of reward because I have no clue as to how the support will be paid (i.e. Lump sum vs. Payments) I DO have a figure in mind. I also don't mind making payments to the FIRST person who finds him!!

I have no problem with "sharing the wealth" and I AM a person of my word (unlike Mr. Lory)

But don't take my word for it, do some investigating of your own to verify what I am saying is TRUE. Evan is on a list of dead beat dads in a website for Maricopa County, AZ somewhere. I will update this info. at a later time after I investigate the website to make it easier for you to verify the past due support owed.

SO - go out there and PLEASE HELP me bring this Jerk to justice and get PAID for your effort in doing so.
