 Evan as an attorney YOU know the law as it pertains to your practice. However, were I you, I would be teaching that poster a VERY valuable lesson. What they have done by definition IS defamation. But its YOUR choice one way or the other. I find what that poster did to be HIGHLY unfair to YOU who puts themselves out there to help the elders of our community. We NEED more people like YOU with integrity!! Too often I see reports here where someone who has LOST thier case will turn around and blame the attorney. Too often I have seen YOUR noble profesion slandered and defamed because someone didnt get what THEY wanted. What those posters fail to realize is that there is ALWAYS a loser!! Just because an attorney is confident of winning doesnt mean that outside factors WILL NOT change the outcome. YOUR profession has spent the last 20 years having to defend themselves against the barbs of those people who DO NOT have a understanding of HOW the law works. I applaud and salute you SIR!!! I only hope YOU are still in business when either my fathers time comes or mine.

This negative report was filed by a relative of my client . He was clearly looking to take advantage of his elderly family members circumstances. As an attorney it is my duty to act in a fiduciary capacity for my client. My clients wishes were executed in her strategy. His desires seemed to be motivated by financial gain. He intention was to bully myself and my staff into getting what he wanted. When my strategy did not include what this family member desired, he then wrote this review. The lack of communication with this person is probably entirely true. I will not communicate with any family members of a client unless specifically instructed to by my client. My staff will also not communicate with third parties. In this case the client was aware of the motivation of this family member and instucted us to act accordingly.

I was shocked to see this report. There is absolutely no way that this can be a vaild claim. Evan Turk has been an invaluable asset to our family and is a true professional. His office communicated with us through our entire legal planning process and his fees were more than fair and reasonable. He has helped our family tremendously and we are very thankful to have found him to work with.
