Evans Equipment & Leasing, Evans trucking tries to get company drivers to pay for fuel Butler, Indiana

I started working for EVANS trucking in January of this year.  Every time I would be sent out on a load they would refuse to open up the EFS card so I could pay for fuel.  Like today, after being out on the road for four weeks I was trying to make one delivery and one pickup.  They deliberately left me waiting at a fuel stop for one hour when I had these 2 stops to make before going home.  

Evans seems to think that company drivers should pay for fuel.  After making the first delivery, and heading to the next pickup, the preloaded trailer I was to pick up had completley busted doors on it.  The company I was picking up at refused to load the good trailer that I brought to the yard (Profile Plastics of Canton Ohio).

Now my truck is stuck in the yard of Profile Plastics.  THE DISPATCH OFFICE OF EVANS WILL  NOT RESPOND TO MY CALLS OR MESSAGES SENT BY QUALCOM.  I WILL NOT PAY TO HAVE THIS TRUCK TOWED!!!  I JUST SENT IN MY RESIGNATION.  It has been raining here like crazy and this company has only a dirt yard.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .  They promised me .32 cents per mile and I am getting only .30 and they constantly put me and other drivers into perilous situations where they try to force us to pay for fuel.  They also told new drivers that they have per diem.  THEY DO NOT.

They have been late several times with the pay.

I will not pay to have this truck towed out of the mud.  If they try to dock my pay for anything like load abandonment, etc. I will sue them.  WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DOES NOT ANSWER THE QUALCOM OR THE PHONE.  THEY HAVE NIGHT DISPATCH.
