As a regular contributor to this fine resource, I discovered this company and decided they were a great candidate or which to describe in a Ripoff Report.

Like many scammer companies, they are getting smarter at scamming, requiring more diligent inspection from the casual observer.  Having discovered the value of being "made in America", this clever group of Chinese immigrant, US educated investors devised a company that imports vaping supplies including glycerine, and nicotine, imported from China.  The "Made in America" claim is fullfilled, according to their mentality, by mixing the imported products, in a US, non-sterile room aided by the use of funnels and graduated cylinders, then manually transferring the material into smaller retail recepticals.  All of this done in the spirit of avoiding the regulatory oversight of the FDA.

So what does this mean?  Just because a product claims to be made in the "US", "USA", or "America", doesn't mean they are.  So before you break out that flag a rejoice, trust but verify.

My advise to the owners, "if you are going to claim your products "made in America", at least hire one freak'n pail-faced White person, Black person, or any non-Yellow person to answer the phone and/or act as the image of your seemingly fake patriotic "American" products company.

Why no supporting information?

Whoever posted the rebuttal to my original claim, I have the following question.  Assuming inarguendo, that your rendition of my introduction to your company is correct, assuming I am correct regarding your deceptive advertising practices, how would this introduction and/or relationship diminish the importance, validity, or value of my message?

Next, you mention me not having seen your "Mixing facility", another incorrect statement not supported by any proof to the contrary.  About the only thing mentioned in your rebuttal was my arrival, but as I waiting for your company associate who was late for our appointment, I took a walk around.  I didn't have to walk far, you know that room you arrive at when you zigzag to the right, through the lobby, facing North into a room that meets the hall?  I also recognize those 1970's era machines you claim comprise your "mixing facility".  And what's in those boxes stacked in the hall, the ones with all the Chinese characters?  If you are going to lie, couldn't you at least steal a stock image from the Internet then claim as your own?

Lastly, the individual who denies the claims listed in my report, claims both ISO and MSDS certification, yet the fail to state which ISO certification they hold, or the registration number assigned.  I find it convenient they omitted the two pieces of public information that could easily deny my claims, and support their arguments.  Every other legitimate certification holder proudly list both the ISO variant, and their registration number, on company collateral and advertising, to legitimize their claims and proclaimed competency, why did the author of the original rebuttal casually omit such information?  I'll tell you why, because its not true, plain and simply untrue.  Not only is the company representative a liar, they are a poor liar.

#1 UPDATE Employee ..inside information

Incorrect and Inappropriate

Unfortunately, the original report was drafted by someone who only briefly came to us seeking employment. He never stepped foot into our mixing facility, therefore lacking credible sources to make these incorrect and inappropriate claims. We do indeed have a clean room facility that is ISO and MSDS approved.
