This company advertises a free trial of their serum. The consumer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling. It is just as Peachy reported. There was never any information from the company that you are auto enrolled into getting future shipnents. When I first called the company about the 2 charges, both in the $90.00 range, the sales representative I spoke to said there was nothing she could do about it, I had ordered the product and cancelled any future shipments . She was also very rude and ended up hanging up on me also. I hadn't used much of the product and decided to send it back in the original box it came in with a copy of the invoice on which I wrote that I wanted my money back. When I shipped it back, I was given a tracking number and date it should arrive back to the company. When I had not heard anything back from the company or received a refund for the products, I emailed the company. I received an email back from someone named Ben who tokd me they had received the product back, but without the RMA numbers, he could not issue a refund. I wrote back to ask what are RMA numbers and he never explained what they were, just writing that he could not give me a refund. I wrote back again asking for an explanation of what the RMA numbers were. Again, no explanation from him. Needless to say, I wrote back again stating that I sent the product back in the original box with a copy of the original invoice, so how could they not have the proper RMA numbers?  I also wrote them back stating what a scam their company is and that I would contact the better Business Bureau and Consumer reports about them. I then received an email back from Linda, a customer support representative that my auto ship subscription had been cancelled, which I already did! Consumers BEWARE!! This is definitely a scam!
