This company  advertises training for the event decorating and wedding planner industry. I ordered the DVDs and a business book that was advertised on their website. Total cost $1,120.00. After 2 months of excuses and delay tactics from the seller, and demands for my money back, she simply ignored my emails and never answered me. I found out through a former acquaintance of hers that she has heard of this happening to several people and that she was not surprised to hear it from me. She tried to have me send the money through PayPal using the friends/family option. I did not. I used the business email and option. I had to file a complaint and escalate the situation with PayPal. Thankfully they sided with me and refunded my money. I still never received a response from the seller / Company owner. I want to warn others to save themselves the hassle and to save their money. This is not how a company should conduct business.
