First, after submitting our corporate information to get an account setup, we prepaid due to our urgent need for product. We were advised of a one - two week delivery time for product which was "in stock." 4 Deliveries and 3 months later, we still do not have 9 of the items we purchased. We had to find other vendors and rent product at a higher rate due to not having stock - stock already promised to be on site months ealier.

This supplier has no regard for not being able to ship as promised. They shipped product we didn't ask for and still have not fulfilled their obligation. 6/17/14 was date payment in full for requested items was made. 11/18/14 and still 9 itmes missing from original order.

My suggestion, find someone interested in delivering when promised and not messing up that order. Aside from that, I would suggest to never use this company so that you do not have the issues.
