Event Tickets = Ticketsmyway.com Took money, no tickets, no refund, no answer Las Vegas Nevada

I ordered 4 tickets to Wicked playing on Broadway in New York a month in advance. I paid the bill when my credit card statement came as I had already been charged. The tickets were to be mailed out and received 7 days in advance, I did pay $18 per ticket mailing after all. When they were not received I called, they said they received the tickets late but they were on the way. 2 days before the show I still had not received them and was flying to N.Y. the next day, they informed me that they did not have the tickets they had sold me and could not replace them.

I was furious and scrambled to find tickets elsewhere. Ticketsmyway customer service told me I had to officially cancel the order to receive my refund. I did so that day, May 14. I have since called and "left messages" numerous times as I can get is voice mail. I have e-mailed with no success and have yet to receive any refund. I don't know what options I have but going to Vegas and visiting their office seems worth it at this point, not financially but there has to be some accountability somewhere.
