I bought some items on the site and got an email from the seller that I did not include my phone number in the order and that he will refund it and that I should make another order, this time putting my phone number there.


The status of my first order changed to "refund", so I made another one. Time passed, I did not get my items. I started sending emails to all the addresses I could find for that store. No response. I tried using their live support several times, no one was ever there, I tried different days of the week and different times (mornings, afternoons, nights etc.). Always nothing.

So after like one month or so I filed a dispute through PayPal, which I used to pay for my items (feeling safe, since PayPal claims to offer safety nets for frauds). I made two disputes - one for the order that never got refunded and for the one that followed. After some time the seller responded through PayPal. His answer was:

"delivered virtual online items in game already for resolve disputed" (yup, bad English, but I assume he states here that the items have been sent). But that was enough for PayPal team - they decided to resolve the claim in favor of the seller. I got ripped off, the guy got away with my money and PayPal decided not to take any action, although they did get some complaints concerning eveonlinestore.com before (this site is the proof). They don't really care about the customer and the seller is still PayPal-verified.

Recently I somehow managed to contact the live support on eveonlinestore.com and here's a transcript from it:

Me: The PayPal dispute is closed

sales: sorry,we win the disputed,not you close it

sales: anything else please contact paypal

sales: we no longer service you again,cuz you love resolve with paypal.not us,please contact paypal

Me: but why did you not send me my order for months? I would not go to dispute if you did

Never got an answer to that one. The guy is virtually laughing at my face. He's happy that once again PayPal did nothing. He got the money for free, he didn't have to do anything. That's a great way to rip people off! He found a hole in the system and is using it with great success.

The status of both orders in my profile on the seller's website is now "pending".

I hope people will manage to find this report before they buy anything from eveonlinestore.com. Wish I knew about this site before I used their services.
