Ever Home Mortgage Company Buy out, lost payments, no return calls, would not do work out, will not call my lawyer back. FORCLOSED. Atlanta, City Of Industry, Forth Worth, Jacksonville Nationwide

In Jan of 2007 we refied with net bank. Not knowing that Netbank had sold us out! We set up the automatic payment to come out of a seperate account. Starting the year out fresh with a buget plan, we assumed things we going smooth. Our savings account statement came in the mail the first of April, (which our union bank sends out statements only 4 times a year), and to my surprise there was a large chunk of change in there.

Right a way, I called Net bank, which was no easy task. I think it was 3 or 4 people or "departments" I had to speak with just to get the information that my loan was sold to Ever home.

No one at Net bank could give me any information on when it was sold, why I was not notified...why they did not take out the payments...or the biggest thing...why was I not notified of the take over or sell of my loan.

When I finally reached Everhome, they said the loan was 3 months behind and the fourth month was 14 days past due. I said I could mail out the payment if they would provide me with the mailing address. The CSR on the other end said I could not mail it because it would not reach them in time, the next day the fourth month would be 15 days past due and they were going to start forclosure.

Unless...unless the full past due was paid in full right there at that time. Which it could have been done, because we had been placing monies in the account set up for the past 4 months, thinking Net bank was taking out the payments.

Now, you will love this part...here is where the ripoff, shistering comes to the surface.

Remember when I said we refinanced with Net bank right? The payments at that time were to be around 948.00. Ever home said the payments were now 1403.45! What? Are you nuts? We recieved no paper work in the mail for the sell of the loan, no payment book. And certainly did not budget for 1403.45.

To make a long year battle, tons of phone calls, loss midigation papers that were filled out twice, mailed and faxed, then lost, and loss midigations having no record of phone call, Ever home haveing no notes or records of call...short.

Our home was sold at a sheriff sale. Why you ask? Becuse Everhome would not return my laywers calls, heck their lawyer did not hav ethe answers my lawyer was looking for. So to try to save our home, we are filing a chapter 13. Which still is being "discussed" with Ever home.

Have you ever heard the phase" The mortgage company does not want your house back, they will do anything to help you keep it. They will work with you." Ha fat chance with that one.

Lender loop hole is all I can say for this Net Bank Ever Home chapter of my life.
