I found this company on www.bankrate.com. to refinance my home in CA. They have deceptive practices! They told me I had a no cost loan at a rate i could no believe.. I went with them believing the loan agent.... When it came time to close the loan my rate was a .25 higher and fees went to $2,500.. They could only say that my rate was not locked at the time i sent the full application. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!! THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! THEY SOUND LIKE A BUNCH OF KIDS WORKING OUT OF A BOILER ROOM IN FLORIDA!!!
