This company carry defective phones when you return the product they take you back and forth to get you discourage. It took 4 months to receive my refund between that time I did not have a phone so I order a another phone, it would not connect to a major cell phone company. There response was to return my refund and they would explain how to connect to the network. Also if you have a negative rating they don't post it on there web site. I recommend not to purchase phones from this company!!!
