EverDrive LLC Ripped off by Everdrive on a used transmission! Midlothian, Virginia

May, 2009 ordered a used transmission usual 3-5 day delivery. Did not show up till 6 weeks later. I was informed due to the warranty, to replace over $300.00 worth of parts that I later discovered I did not need. Transmission is now at Mechanic shop, Of course they already pulled the old transmission only for the mechanic to call me and inform me that the input shaft turns, but output shaft does not.

They took the top lid off, the gear thats broke on my old transmission is completly gone! I informed Kevin at Everdrive of this, he wanted pictures of this, and I complied. He then wanted pictures of the outside of the transmission, I replied to him that it was the inside that is broke, not the outside! He said he would pass pictures on to his manager and get back to me. After several more emails sent to him, he still has not responded, and I'm out of alot of money!

Let me break it down for you.  $753.00 transmission-$303.00 un-needed parts that were returned with a 15% restocking charge, another used transmission $250.00 from a local company. $130.00 labor to remove old transmission from the first mechanic. $454.00 labor paid to second mechanic to install the $250.00 transmission.

In addition to this I had to rent a "dolly" for $54.00 due to the fact that the first mechanic would not work on the vehicle because of Everdrive.

With the emotional struggle I have had with Everdrive, I feel they should refund the full amount plus the 15% I lost on parts! I dont think that is to much to ask.
