Everdry waterproofing of Michiana incompetent,false claims,misrepresentations,scare tactics etc South Bend, Indiana

 Everdry and most if not all other companies who mostly or only install inside-systems do so using false claims,scare tactics....unfair business practices. They most often misrepresent the homeowners actual-problem (where-why water is getting in),they don`t want to or care to or know how to....competently identify-diagnose-determine the problems and instead most often push/sell inside systems when they are NOT at all necessary and will not stop-prevent most homewoners actual problems/leaks,won`t help stop-prevent mold or efflorescence or paint peeling and will not relieve-lessen exterior lateral soil pressure/underground roots etc which CAUSE many cracks,cracked parging,bowed walls and subsequent leaks/seepage.

 For instance http://www.indiananewscenter.com/news/business/83022467.html   Read/watch video,see these 2 families,one almost got conned and still had a $4,000 bill sent to them for NO reason after canceling job. Other young couple bought house that Everdry supposedly waterproofed and had one of those supposed Lifetime Warranties.They called Everdry because of water and crumbling walls,read it.

 All interior-system companies basically use the same thing/approach which is NOT to determine-identify the actual problems/cracks/pathways that water is entering along floor-wall or how its getting under floor and simply want to install the easy-cheap inside system,alot less labor(money spent),alot less cost in materials so owner makes much much more,thats why they most often or only install the inside system.

 Quite a few of these companies don`t even have/carry the necessary insurance to 'do' exterior waterproofing so, they very often misrepresent the cost of exterior waterproofing,they lie and obscure material facts about it,will often say things like, 'Oh we can do exterior waterproofing for you if you like but it`ll cost $20,000++ and your landscaping etc will be all torn up and so on.This is a lie,its misrepresenting what an experienced-honest exterior contractor does!

 They`ll also use false claims such as, 'You have a hydrostatic pressure problem under the floor that only our inside system can solve' and other crap.They`ll try and tell ya quite a few things/false claims in order to seduce homeowners into the ONE thing they do,period.Wake up people will ya please.

 Any homeowners out there that would like real-pictures of actual jobs so you can see what-where most homeowners problems are and the ONLY-real solutions to them,let me know,can get them to you.

 Let`s see,Everdry of Michiana has 48 customer complaints within the last 36 months...at least.Please do not try and tell me some have been resolved etc,because the BBB lets these knotheads get away with all kinds of complaints and plays with the BBB record for many of these inside system companies,for instance....

 BBB notes Everdry of Michiana has 48 complaints BUT they still 'rate-give' the company an A+, hmmmm. Think people, then ADD that last story,listen to those homeowners!!!!
