everest community college lauren m purposely keeping my student loans in default and selling it to other companys. taking it away from the company im paying without notice and i cant contact them. i have paid monthly to the same compan denver, Colorado

my student loans went into default. i deferred one and thought that it deferred both but it didn't. i didn't hear from the company in over a year. when i did hear from them they had sold my loan to a company called ACT account teq.  for the last 6 months i have poaid act $100.00 a month from my debit card.  suddenly they stopped taking payments. on the second month when my payment was due and they didnt take it i called them. i was informed that the loan was taken back. i havent recieved any kind of communication regarding this and cant get anyone at everest to call me back about my loan.  after 90s it goes back into default and they can sell it to someone else who wiull add there own penalty of fees. this is not something im choosing. it is being done to me
