This company and or companies is the biggest ripoff that I have seen. If you get a phone call from them hang up do not talk to them.
I have been dealing with them for over three months now. You do not receive the credit card that they said you would receive and then I was told that they do not give you a credit card, but that they supply you with applications to apply for credit cards yourself. I did not find this out until I called in mid September. Then I was told to apply for a refund and then the runaround started again. I have also filed a complaint with the Upstate New York BBB.
I have learned from others on this site about how I might be able to get my money back. I hope that it works.
Thanks for your help and hang up on these people if they call you.

Netchex was a great help

Lisa Miller from Netchex was the biggest help in getting my money back from Everest Consumer Services.
I sent her an email and she responded within 24 hours and then she sent me a claim form to fill out and I faxed it back to her and I had my refund check within one week.
Her email is lisa@netchex.com. She is very helpful.
Just a reminder to everyone. If you every get a refund from Everest Consumer Service you will need to send that refund back to Lisa. She will explain all the details to you.
