I applied for a $3000. loan back in March 13, 2014, my loan officer was Brittney Kennedy. I met all the requirements that she asked for, two security deposit each for the amount of $495.00 totaling $990.00 and two insurances payments of $435.00 totaling $870.00. as of this time I had invested $1860.00 towards a $3000.00 loan, Some how I was turned over to the customer service department David general manager of customer service,(Cartner?888-221-1130 ext 0) who has been working with me I was asked to pay several more payments. I told him my concerns about how much money I had invested in this 3000 dollar loan, $3205.00 totaling as of March 19, 2014. I express that I didn't have any more money to put towards this, being assured that this was the last and final payment. Seeing all my money was gone David put the loan aside and said that there would be another lender available on April 4th 2014 with no further payments due. At this point I just wanted my money returned to me, I was told that it takes 30 business days to have my money returned to me,
that's 6 weeks. I contacted David on the 4th like he asked me to figuring that I would just continue with the loan and not wait the six weeks. He said that there would be a one time payment of $545.00 and I would have the money in the afternoon, never happened more money needed I made several more payments with the promise "I SWEAR ON MY LIFE" this is the final payment. It wasn't and I told him to just send the money that I sent returned to me. I was then told of the 30 business day return policy. I had $7450.00 invested at this point, for a $3000.00 loan.
May 1st David contacted me and said that he could get my loan right out to me if I made one final payment and he wanted to get this loan off his desk again " I swear on my life it is your final payment and your loan will be in your account in 20 minutes" never happened now I had to pay a fee to have my application taken out of storage because it was on hold for so long.
Do the FEES ever stop? I have invested $9360.00 so far to get a $3000.00 loan. I explained to David that I had exhausted all my ways to get any more money. I barrowed from family, friends everyone I know, telling them that I would bay them all back when I got the loan. I was told that all the money would be returned to me with the loan amount less the security deposit which was to cover the first 10 payments.

I believe this is an excessive amount to be asked for a $3000.00 loan.
I was told by David that I would be receiving over $18000.00 into my account.
I do not want that much money. All I want is the money I have sent to process this loan
less the security deposit plus the loan amount of $3000.00.
I would like this to be looked into. I have friends and relatives that would like the money
that I barrowed from them returned. I also have sent all my bill money to your company
with the promise that the money will be there in 20 min. I need this money to pay my rent,
car payment, and living expense, I have cut myself short of money for two month and am falling behind
because of a promise that I believed in your company. I have gone over and beyond jumping threw
hoops to satisfy what was needed for this loan.
Please look into this matter and issue my loan with no further payments, or expedite the return of my money
back to me as soon as possible so I can payback the people that lent me money so I could send it to your company.
