I talked to the owner name Juan Preciado of Everi Payments Inc. that has an Atm at Tulalip Casino in Seatlle.

My bank account has been charge 2 ATM fees at ATM Tulalip Casino by EVERI Company here in WA.

I been to this Casino many times and withdrawing on my account using this EVERI machine. I am OK with the fee of $2.50 every transaction. But one day I review my account and see that Everi ATM located inside the Casino is charging my account two ATM fees, 2 ATM fees of $3.00 and $2.50. So I called the Casino and complaint and they told me that they are not responsible for this fee and told me to call 1-844-383-7424 the Everi Office. And I did talk to jill and transfer to Curtis then they asked me my Bank Account so they can see if why I been charge 2 ATM fee every time I withdraw money.

After hanging up I think it is not good to give me my bank account so I call them again and I said if something happen to my account and all my money got lost your company are the only one who knows my bank account but the lady assure me that they are just going to find my disputed fee. Been 3 weeks and I have not heard from them until one day on got a call from this person who left a message on my answering machine and his name is Juan Preciado he ask me to call back as he is the owner and operator of this Everi ATM at Tulalip Casino and he is located at his headquarters in Las Vegas. He told me to call back at 1-800-644-0439 EXT 2715. JULY 13, 2018 at 9:58Am, Me and Juan Preciado ( the owner) talk and he told me that when I do my transaction I click on the screen that I want to view my account balance. So Mr Praciado told me that they can see what I am doing on the screen and they have a data that I click the yes button saying view my balance. So I told Mr Praciado if he can see my data on the screen then tell me how much is my balance, you have my account number so tell me what I see on the screen. I told him that if he can show me the data that they can see what I am doing on the screen then maybe he can send me or email me the data he is talking about and I told him this sent me a letter coming from NV Las Vegas,
