I ordered three signs from these people on July 24, 2008. After much frustration and communication two of the signs were delivered. I was told that the third sign was on back order and would be delivered shortly thereafter. I have communicated extensively by email with these people with the result being numerous promises about delivery of the product, but no action to deliver as per their numerous promises.
For example in a 9-15-08 email they said they were "getting ready to ship out the sign, since it is almost here". They also requested shipping location information which I provided them by email on 9-20-09. They followed up with an email on 9-22-09 wherein they said, in part, "we have all the information we need". Needless to say, they did not send the sign.
In an email on 11-11-08 they said they had received the order including the neon sign they owe me and it would be sent to me. Once again, that never happened. Their last email to me was in February, 2009. I have responded to it several times, but have not had the courtesy of any response back from them.
These people are the type of bottom feeding scum bags that make buying anything over the internet risky. They stuck me for in excess of $400.00 with their deceitful tactics. Beware if you are considering doing business with these thieves!!!!!

COMPLAINT GOT RESULTS

Much to my surprise, Beer Signs responded promptly to my complaint on this site. They did follow up by delivering the neon sign I ordered nearly a year ago and it arrived without damage and in working condition. It is unfortunate that something more can't be done to force people like those at this company to perform or suffer some justifiable consequence for their deceit and lies. I guess tenacity can sometimes prevail over business tactics like I experienced with these jerks. Should I have said thanks? Larry, Sheridan, Wyoming

This poor guy is complaining because you have continually told him things like, "it's almost here" and "it'll be on the way soon" for 10 months.
I cannot believe that your serious reply to this complaint is that it "came in and should be on the way shortly". You should be ashamed to call yourself a business.
