Don't fall for the sweet talking by this company when choosing an adoption agency. My wife and I went through 30 months with very little contact from anyone regarding our adoption. I also have an e mail from carol sent to her staff and me by mistake stating how I like to talk and that if I call back, make up a story that I had an emergency. I was lied to stating that they didn't know why we were not getting selected but they would not make us pay another dime until we had the baby. Then the story changed and they wanted more money. We couldn't pay any more and they abruptly dropped us without any notice.  These two should be ashamed of themselves for playing with people's emotions like this, plus they have our money. For what? Absolutely nothing.
