Every Contractor Took $500 dollars for at least 12 leads over 12 months but did not provide any leads at all Las Vegas Nevada

On June 6th of 2008 I was contacted by a guy that asked me if I could take some counter top jobs because he had so much work that he was turning away work left and right. After much conversation with this person he told me that he was a representative for Every Contractor and I would have to pay a $1000 fee for the referrals he was talking about. I told him that I would not pay because I have never had to in the ten years that I have been in business for myself. He than handed me off to a manager who continued to claim that they had so much counter top work in my area that I would make my investment back in no time at all. He said I would have work from them in the first week with them and that he could offer me a discount of $500 because I was a first time customer. He assured me that I would get a minimum of 12 bonafide leads in the year or I would get my money back. So I finally agreed to try it as it seemed they were serious about referring me to real jobs. Well after a year and one lead that did not even qualify as a good lead they tell me that I will not be getting my money back because I did not update my profile on time. There was never any discussion about having to update my profile on a regular basis. I called at least two or three times a month to find out what else I could do to get some leads. I never had anyone tell me anything except we have twelve months to deliver on our promise to you. This company is a BIG JOKE!!! I am going to file a complaint with the attorney generals office, contact my credit card company and try to get my money back and I will do everything I can to tell as many people as I can to avoid any business with this fraud of a company!
