Everycontractor.com Preescreened unlicensed contractors, thief, liers, unprofessional, conartist Las Vegas Nevada

I was looking for a professional contractor to add an addition onto my home. I contacted everycontractor.com because they are supposed to prescreen contractors and are supposed to only have professional contractors. well i was contacted after a shot wait by p and s renovations (www.psrenovations.com). well i signed a contract with p and s renovations aka peter allen on 6/10/2008 to add an 18ft by 31ft addition onto my house.After three weeks of work peter had requested all of the money to be paid in full for the addition. so we paid peter in full. well peter decided to walk off the job and leave me with an unfinished addition. peter did not even finish the frame work. i then contacted everycontractor.com and told them there was a problem. everycontractor.com told me that peter was not in there data base anymore due to contractor problems with other customers. well i then emailed everycontractor.com all the papers stating that i did in fact get peter off of there site. everycontractor called back set up a phone conference with peter, myself, my husband jeremy. We did not reslove anything by having this phone call. there was a lot of fighing over the phone because peter decided to lie and say we asked for more money when i have a signed contract and the checks that peter cashed at the bank for the amount of the contract. it resulted in my husband and i sitting on the phone for an hour and a half just fighting with them to try and get peter back to finish the job. also found out that peter was not lic. by the borad of lic contractors. well i also told this to everycontractor.com they did nothing. now peter has shut down psrenovations.com and has a new company named back to life renovations. you may go to psrenovations.com to see this for your self. i had a friend contact everycontractor.com and tell them about how peter has closed one company and opened another under a different name so he can get away ripping ppl off. well everycontractor said that its a different company. pretty much what they are saying is if he pays his dues he can do what he pleases. rip ppl off or what ever he wants. everycontractor.com will never get my buisness again nor will they get anyone else that i know. now i am ripped off twice from the contractor and everycontractor.com so dont count on them unless u want unlicensed unprofessional sloppy unfinished work done to your house.
